My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with stained carpets and a comforter that had what looked like blood on it. On the other hand, the hotel featured impressive amenities like three water slides and a spacious dining area for breakfast, which were definitely highlights. Unfortunately, the noise from the room above us made it hard to enjoy the stay. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found hair on the duvet and in the shower, along with a dirty kitchenette. While I appreciated that the staff had the opportunity to move us to another room, the toilet issues and the unresponsive Wi-Fi added to my frustration. Despite the hotel being convenient for my concert trip, I won't be returning due to these cleanliness concerns and the lack of attention at checkout.
